Our Bathroom - Simply The Best!
We would like to write to formally thank you for providing us with the bathroom of our dreams. You said that you could not give us a bigger bathroom, but that you would give us one to be proud of. In fact, your "team" gave us more than we ever imagined possible. We now have a bathroom which we are really proud of, where we enjoy whilling away endless hours.
Our thanks to kevin for his patience and his advice/guidance - his experience was second to none, a true perfectionist in carrying out everything that he did. His suggestions, even on the smaller issues, i.e placing a light switch inside the cupboard, meant that we achieved a more "finished" look to our bathrooms.
And finally our thanks to Lee the tiler, as I said from the outset, the tiles would be a major factor in "making" the bathroom. I asked him if he could line up all the grout lines from the floor, skirting board, and wall tiles to the boarder tiles. I think he looked at me as if I were mad, but he willingly did this and agreed that it was worthwhile and really completed the effect perfectly.
So once again a big thank you to you and all your staff, a first class team, They cleaned up after them better then me, were friendly, helpful and true professionals it was worth all the cups of tea etc! They were "simply the best".
